Steak Kebabs with Homemade Steak Sauce

- 24 oz top sirloin
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup MagicalButter Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

- White Onion
- Red Pepper
- Yellow Pepper
- Green Pepper

- 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 8 oz tomato paste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
1/4 cup MagicalButter Olive Oil

- In a large bowl combine the cayenne pepper MagicalButter olive oil salt and pepper with your steak.

- To build your skewers alternate the steak with peppers and onions.
- Cook on cast iron or grill until steak is cooked to perfection.
