Fresh strawberry flavor and a soft, chewy texture make these infused strawberry gummies a delicious homemade treat. Made with real strawberries and easy to customize with your infusion of choice, they’re perfect for sharing or enjoying whenever you’re craving something fruity and sweet.
Ingredients
450 g fresh strawberries
30 g unflavored gelatin
1–2 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
Infusion of choice
Directions
Add strawberries to the MagicalButter Machine to reach the MIN line.
Select NO HEAT and run the BLEND/CLEAN cycle until the strawberries form a smooth purée.
Measure 200 ml of the strawberry purée and add it to the Magical Gummy Maker.
Add the gelatin, sweetener, and infusion of choice.
Select the GUMMY cycle.
Once the cycle is complete, dispense the mixture into gummy molds.
Refrigerate until fully set.
Remove the gummies from the molds and enjoy!
