Ingredients
- 3 lbs russet potatoes boiled
1 cup MagicalButter Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup pickled relish
- 1/2 medium white onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
MagicalButter Machine
Directions
- Boil russet potatoes until fork tender then mash in a large bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!
