Pistachio Cranberry Granola Bars
Magical Granola Molds
2 cups Rolled Oats
1 cup Shelled Pistachios, chopped
1 cup Dried Cranberries (Craisins)
1 tablespoon Quinoa
¼ cup Magical Butter
¼ cup Honey or Magical Honey
⅓ cup Dark Brown Sugar, packed
½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
In a large bowl combine the oats, pistachios, dried cranberries, quinoa, and salt. Set aside.
In a small saucepan on low heat, add your Magical Butter.
As it begins to melt add in your honey, dark brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until the butter is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
Once done, pour the mix over the dry ingredients and mix with a silicone spatula until everything is moistened.
Scoop the mix into your granola mold or butter mold, then press down to flatten into the grooves.
Place in the fridge to firm up, about 2 hours.
