Ingredients
- 8 hot dogs
- 1 ¼ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup cornmeal
- ¼ cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ cup Magical Butter melted
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 8 wooden skewers
Directions
- Preheat your oil to 350°F.
- Mix all the dry ingredients.
- Wisk all of the wet ingredients together then add to the dry ingredients and mix until there are no lumps.
- Skewer the dogs & dip into the batter to coat.
- Place into your oil and cook for 5 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- Remove from the oil and let cool on paper towels to soak up any excess oil.
