Jalapeño and Potato Soup

Ingredients

¼ cup Magical Avocado Oil
- 2 Medium Russet Potatoes, peeled, cubed
- ¼ White Onion, chopped
- 1 Jalapeño Pepper (remove the seeds if you don’t like it spicy)
- 2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
- 3 cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- ½ tablespoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
- Fresh Cilantro Leaves
- Pickled Peppers
- Jalapeños
- Black Pepper
- Hot Sauce (Optional)

Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into the MagicalButter machine and secure the lid.
- Set the temperature to 190°F/87°C and then press the 1 Hour Oil button.
- Once your cycle is complete, garnish and serve hot with cilantro. Enjoy!
