- Optional: Granulated Sugar to sprinkle on the tops of mini loaves

Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- Spray or grease four mini loaf pans with non-stick spray OR use mini loaf liners.
- In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mash the bananas thoroughly. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine light brown sugar and magical butter and beat until light and fluffy.
- Add in mashed bananas, egg, cinnamon, vanilla, and milk. Mix until well combined.
- Gradually mix in flour mixture until batter is smooth.
- Fold in the Mini Chocolate Chips.
- Fill mini loaf pan with batter (about 1/3 cup of batter for each mini loaf).
- *Optional: Add a sprinkle of granulated sugar on the tops of each mini loaf to give a little bit of a crunchy top. You can also add additional chocolate chips to the top at this time too!
- Bake in pre-heated oven about 30 minutes or until the bread is set and lightly browned on top.
- Insert toothpick into center of loaf to check if it's done. If it comes out clean, then it is done!
