Ingredients

  • ½ cup/120 ml MagicalButter
  • 2 cups/475 ml hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons/10 ml kosher salt
  • 4 small cloves garlic minced

Directions

  1. 1. Place the ingredients into your MagicalButter machine and secure the head.
  2. 2. Press the Temperature button and select 160°F/71°C; then press the 1 Hour/Oil button.
  3. 3. After the cycle is complete unplug the unit at the outlet and remove the head of the appliance. Pour your Mile-High Wing Sauce into a storage container serve and enjoy!
