Ingredients
1 stick of Magical Butter, softened
¾ cup Sriracha
¼ cup Gochujang (Korean Red Chili Paste)
½ cup Honey
½ cup Soy Sauce
¼ cup Mango Puree
¼ cup Rice Wine Vinegar
2-3 teaspoons Fish Sauce
5 cloves Garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon Adobo Seasoning
Zest of 1 Lime
Juice of 1 Lime
Chives, chopped
Cilantro
White Sesame Seeds
Wing Sauce
Garnish
Directions
Wing Sauce
Place all of the ingredients into the MagicalButter machine and secure the lid.
Set the temperature to 160°F and then press the 1 HOUR button.
Once the cycle is complete, unplug the machine. Set aside your cooked chicken wings in a large bowl.
Remove the lid and pour the wing sauce over the wings and toss to completely coat them. Do not use all the sauce at once, as there will likely be extra.
Plate the wings and top with garnishes. Enjoy!
